Job Description
The Civil Foreman is responsible for effectively overseeing a project to completion by keeping safety, quality, budget, and schedule in mind and adhered to. The Civil Foreman must also possess the skills necessary to review a set of construction drawings and have the ability to prepare a BOM based on the plans provided with forethought of potential issues that may arise during the construction process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide leadership and discuss key factor of success necessary for each project
- Ensure adherence of project requirements in all phases of the project, including quality, crew performance, timelines, and construction costs
- Direct activities of crew and assist civil, electrical, and structural personnel as needed
- Read and redline construction/engineering drawings
- Ability to work on and around electrical components (including but not limited to) conduit installation, cabling, grounding, and various electrical connections
- Perform form setting and set layout

Job Description
The Project Manager must have a strong level of understanding related to all aspects of the wireless telecom construction industry. A successful Project Manager will have strong leadership skill and be able to review and coordinate multiple project schedules with his/her team and communicate progress to the customer on a daily basis (as required.)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct oversight and responsibility for the program plan such as: safety, quality, financials, production, schedule, inventory, resource management, and customer satisfaction
- Responsible for providing daily updates of the project to both the customer and the project tea as required
- Manage customer expectations in order to achieve deliverables and/or milestones that are beneficial to the project schedule as well as the company’s plan
- Manages all phases of a project to ensure customer satisfaction, project continuity, internal consistency, and profitability
- Manage and report project costs results to senior management in order to provide accurate financial data for forecasting purposes
- Supervises and coordinates professional, technical, and non-technical staff by establishing performance metrics, goals, objectives, and priorities. Provide direction and feedback to the team, and ensure assigned projects/tasks are completed accurately and by the required due date
- Prepare regular internal/external progress, project status and problem resolution reports
- Manages relationships with vendors and contractors that are supporting the project to ensure contractual equipment, services requirements, and specifications are achieved.
- Facilitates user meetings with state and local agencies, the general public, and other employees to maintain effective working relationships.
- Evaluates overall and individual work performance of project staff to determine effectiveness in providing quality products within time and cost restraints.
- Monitors time and dollar expenditures to meet established targets

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the wireless telecommunications industry
- Related bachelor’s degree, preferably in Project Management
- 2 years+ of related leadership experience within the telecommunications or related industry

Job Description
The Tower Foreman must have an expert level of understanding related to all aspects of the telecom construction industry, as this person will be expected to maintain full control of their crew’s work activities on site while also providing a strong example of leadership. The Tower Foreman will leverage the skills of the Tower Lead to develop a complete project plan specific to each scope of work. This person will provide and verify a detailed deliverables schedule form the SOW and identify appropriate change orders, possible obstacles and safety concerns which may prevent timely completion of project. This person will work with the supervisor to establish achievable scheduling and goal as determined by management (CM/PM).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must have an emphasis and higher understanding of:
- Capstan operations, Crane/signaling, Rigging, Steel work (hanging boom, antenna etc.) and shoot azimuths (Front, Back and Side).
- Understand full quality and safety procedures.
- Developed management skills in running their team in day-to-day operations.
- Expert in reading CD’s/ Blueprints, RFDS etc.
- Expert in FULL COP process including photos, forms, etc.
- Expert level of knowledge with testing equipment –Anritsu, Fiber tester, PIM, RET etc.
- Foreman will be responsible for COP deliverables to the COP team.
- Foreman will be responsible for production reporting, hours, time off, new/damaged equipment needs etc. to the management team.
- All crew tools equipment and vehicles are expected to be cared for as part of a daily process.
- Submit all required daily and weekly paperwork. (JSA, Weekly safety topics, crane/heavy machinery forms etc.)

Job Description
As a Tower Lead (also known as Top Hand), one will have a strong understanding of the wireless construction industry. 85% of the time will be spent on-site climbing cell towers. A Tower Lead will fully understand all aspects and skills needed to be a Tower Tech I and/or a Tower Tech II as well as the ability to train such personnel. The Tower Lead will assist the Tower Foreman in developing and planning a project schedule and the stages of construction development (as it pertains to the SOW at hand). The Tower Lead will share ultimate responsibility for the quality of the work performed and ensure a timely completion of the SOW deliverable. The Tower Lead will assist the Tower Foreman in identifying change orders, obstacles and safety concerns that may impede the SOW timeline. A Tower Lead will possess strong leadership skills necessary to direct all construction activities associated with the build and support the Foreman when he/she is working on the ground. A skilled Tower Lead will possess a strong understanding of color-coding schematics, weatherproofing protocols, grounding designs, equipment installations, and other general requirements of the construction process (as it pertains to the SOW at hand) and understand all components of the Close Out Package (COP) process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow all state and federal safety regulations (OSHA, local turfing vendor, Tower Co., etc.) while working in an efficient and productive manner.
- Required to work at heights installing telecom equipment/materials on towers, monopoles, etc. including mounts, radios and antennas.
- Interprets various documents (e.g., blueprints, diagrams, manufacturer specifications, etc.) to ensure proper installation of antenna systems using technical expertise and knowledge of blueprints and diagrams.

A proficient tech will learn and develop an understanding of color-coding schematics, weatherproofing protocols, grounding designs, equipment installations, and other general requirements of the construction process (as it pertains to the SOW at hand).
